Telling the Story of Care Coordinators to Build Understanding and Trust

For many patients and families, navigating care after a hospital stay can be overwhelming. This project set out to explain, showcase, and highlight the critical role of care coordinators—how they advocate for patients, simplify complex medical transitions, and provide a trusted point of contact during uncertain times.

Project Summary
BeeMuse led the entire production of this video, from scripting and on-site direction to interviewing Allyson, capturing real interactions with patients, and shaping the final story through editing and revision.

Our approach was simple: let the work speak for itself. The video follows Allyson, a care coordinator, as she checks in with patients, helps manage their transitions, and ensures they feel informed and supported. Through thoughtful storytelling, real patient testimonials, and authentic moments, we created a piece that illustrates not just what care coordinators do, but why their role matters.

This video was designed to build understanding and trust—not just for patients and families, but for a broader audience who may not fully realize the value care coordinators bring to the healthcare experience.

Let’s work together to create content that doesn’t just explain—it builds understanding and trust.
